Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the clothing item with inkjet technology. It’s an excellent choice for intricate designs as it allows for detailed and vibrant prints. One of the key benefits of DTG printing is its ability to print just one piece at a time due to its low setup costs. This makes it an ideal choice for custom orders and small batch printing. Additionally, DTG printing is eco-friendly as it uses water-based inks, which are biodegradable and free of heavy metals. This aligns perfectly with our commitment to sustainability at Raised to Reign.

Our supplier use state-of-the-art direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology that offers a vast array of printable garments and design colour options. We utilize premium inks that are designed to remain vibrant for a long time with proper care.

Please note that the care instructions provided by the original manufacturer do not account for the DTG printing process. Therefore, we recommend adhering to the care instructions listed below to ensure your printed garments are maintained correctly.

Printed garments should be ;machine-washed coldinside-out,on a gentle cyclewith mild detergent and similar coloursDTG-printed items can be tumble-dried on a low setting, but air-drying is preferable

Only use non-chlorine bleach if necessary, and DO NOT use fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

For ironing, apply a cool iron inside-out and avoid ironing the print.

Adhering to these care instructions is crucial to prevent the print from fading and cracking, and to avoid shrinking the garment, which can happen if washed or dried at high temperatures.

• Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, shipping address etc; contact us within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. 
• All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. Correct name of the recipient, delivery address and postal code, up-to-date telephone number, and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products. RaisedToReign will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong or misspelled recipient name or surname, delivery address or an inappropriate phone number. Should you like to ask for a change in the delivery address, phone number, or any other special requirements, please contact RaisedToReign as soon as possible.
• We reserve the right to place your order on hold due to print file issues, security concerns, if we need to confirm your address, or in case of other issues. In case your order will be placed on hold, we will give you 30 days to resolve the issue. If you will not resolve the issue or cancel your order within 30 days, we will cancel the order. In case your order is cancelled, we will only make a refund if work on your order has not started yet.
• Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Average time for delivery may be shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make Product delivery as simple as possible.

At Raised to Reign, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: If you have received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. To submit a claim, please contact our customer service team and provide a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a return.

Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package or offering a suitable resolution.

Return Process: Before returning any product, please contact us first. Returns without prior communication with our customer service team may not be properly processed. When contacting us, please attach a photo of the item and provide a brief description of why you are returning it.

Return Costs: If your claim is deemed an error on our part, the return shipping cost will be covered at our expense.

Refunds & Exchanges: Raised to Reign is dedicated to providing you with custom, made-to-order clothing that empowers and inspires. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, unless it has been deemed that the error is ours. Each item is created specifically for you, reflecting your demand and individuality.

However, we understand that there may be instances where adjustments are needed. Therefore, on a case-by-case basis, we may offer an exchange of size or replacement for defective items. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and the service you receive.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our policy guidelines. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with empowering, high-quality apparel.
